My only suggestion is that if you are really going to load it up with hangers/clothes, mount it into a stud. If you must mount it on drywall, use heavy duty drywall screw in supports along with a machine screw (you'll need to buy these separately). But even with my mounting dilemma, the product is terrific. Once installed, you can have the arm lock into several different positions - including straight out.
